2025 Competition
Fourteen documentaries are competing for L’Œil d’or, the documentary prize created by the Cannes Film Festival and Scam, in partnership this year with INA. For the 10th anniversary of the Prize, in addition to the films in the Official Selection, two international premiere documentaries, selected by Acid, are invited to compete, following the example of the Semaine de la Critique and the Quinzaine des cinéastes. The jury is chaired by Julie Gayet and includes Carmen Castillo, Juliette Favreul-Renaud, Frédéric Maire and Marc Zinga.
The Œil d’or 2025 will be awarded on Friday May 23 at 12 am in the Salon des Ambassadeurs at the Palais des Festivals. The prize is 5,000 euros.
